HEAD OF PRIVATE CLIENTCOVENTRY£55K – £65K Our client, a highly respected regional law firm, is seeking an experienced and ambitious Head of Private Client to lead their thriving Private Client department. The Role
- Managing a caseload of Private Client matters including Wills, LPAs, trusts, estate administration, and Court of Protection.
- Leading, mentoring, and developing a talented team of Private Client professionals.
- Driving client service excellence and ensuring compliance.
- Supporting the strategic growth of the department.
- Involvement in marketing and business development activities.
- Overseeing financial management including billing and cashflow control.
The Candidate
- Minimum 5 years PQE in Private Client law.
- Ideally STEP qualified (or working towards).
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and support a team.
- Broad technical expertise across the full range of Private Client work.
- Full UK driving licence and access to own transport (essential).
