Douglas Scott is partnering with a highly respected, award-winning law firm in Ashton-under-Lyne to find an experienced Family Solicitor ready to take the next step in their career. The Role
You’ll handle a broad range of private family law matters while guiding and mentoring junior team members. Depending on experience, you’ll step in as Team Leader or move straight into Head of Department. Caseload includes:
- Divorce & civil partnership dissolution
- Complex financial remedy cases
- Prenuptial & postnuptial agreements
- Cohabitation & separation disputes
