An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Corporate & Commercial Paralegal to join a leading and highly regarded team based in North Yorkshire. This firm has an outstanding reputation for investing in its people. You’ll be joining a small but very well-established and successful corporate and commercial team, working closely with experienced lawyers and providing high-quality legal support across a broad range of non-contentious matters. The role will include involvement in:
- Mergers & acquisitions
- Commercial contracts
- Investment matters
- Joint ventures
- Licensing agreements
- Shareholder agreements
- Data protection and compliance work

About you:
- Previous experience in a corporate and/or commercial legal environment is desirable
- A minimum of 6 months experience as a legal secretary/assistant/paralegal within a corporate/commercial team
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- A proactive and enthusiastic approach, with a genuine interest in corporate and commercial law
- The ambition to grow and progress within a long-term role
