The team is looking for an ambitious Associate with solid experience in competition litigation and group actions, who wants to play a meaningful role in complex, high-profile claims while helping to shape the team’s continued growth.

The work:

The role offers exposure to a broad range of competition litigation, including:

  • Cartel and abuse of dominance claims (Chapter I and Chapter II)
  • Competition damages claims, including funded litigation
  • Collective actions before the Competition Appeal Tribunal, ideally including experience of the opt-out regime
  • Pre-action advice, claim development and the identification of new litigation opportunities

Why consider it?

This is an opportunity to join an established team with a strong reputation in competition law and private enforcement, working alongside leading practitioners on significant matters.

Beyond the quality of the work, the role would suit someone who enjoys taking ownership of cases, developing client relationships and getting involved in the commercial side of building a practice.

Who would this suit?

An Associate with a genuine interest in competition litigation and collective actions, who combines strong technical experience with a proactive, commercially minded approach. The team is keen to find someone who wants to contribute beyond the day-to-day casework and play an active part in its future development.
