A Law Graduate is wanted for an excellent opportunity with a Top 50, international law firm in Sheffield. Salary is up to 27k. My client is an award winning, international law firm with an enviable reputation in the market. Due to continued growth and expansion they are looking to recruit a Law Graduate to work in their Legal Advice team.
In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for people seeking legal guidance, providing a supportive, empathetic, and professional service from the outset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering inbound calls and assessing clients’ legal needs.
- Providing initial legal information and guidance across a variety of areas, including personal injury, family law, employment disputes, and more.
- Gathering essential information and referring clients to the appropriate legal teams.
- Delivering excellent client care, ensuring all callers feel heard and supported.
- Maintaining accurate records and working within regulatory frameworks.
No previous experience is necessary as full training will be provided but you must be a Law Graduate with at least a 2:1 LLB.
