Are you an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal looking to join a forward-thinking law firm that’s redefining the home-moving experience? As a Conveyancing Paralegal, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional client service on a mix of freehold, leasehold, sale, purchase, and remortgage transactions. You’ll work closely with a collaborative, innovative team and have direct input into the continued development of the firm’s cutting-edge digital tools.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a varied caseload of residential property transactions from instruction through to completion
- Title check freehold matters independently and assist on leasehold cases
- Communicate clearly and proactively with clients, keeping them informed at every stage
- Use advanced legal technology to streamline processes and enhance client experience
- Collaborate with legal, design, and software development teams to refine internal systems
- Identify and resolve potential issues before they impact clients
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Paralegal in residential conveyancing
- Confident handling freehold title checks with minimal supervision
- Strong communication skills with a client-first approach
- Tech-savvy and open to working with innovative digital tools
