Douglas Scott Legal Recruitment are working with a highly regarded regional law firm that is looking to appoint a Corporate Solicitor with 2+ years' PQE to join its growing Corporate team in either its Basingstoke or Farnborough office.

The Team: The team advises a broad client base of owner-managed businesses, corporates, and investors on a range of transactional and advisory matters. Led by experienced partners, the team is known for delivering high-quality work in a collaborative and supportive environment.

The Role: You will advise on a broad range of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, joint ventures, and general corporate matters. The role will involve drafting and negotiating transaction documents, coordinating due diligence exercises, managing transactions through to completion, and building strong client relationships.

The Candidate: Applications are welcomed from qualified solicitors with 2+ years' PQE gained within a recognised corporate team. You should have strong experience in M&A and general corporate work, excellent drafting skills, and a commercial, client-focused approach.
