I am currently recruiting for a Solicitor or FCILEx to join the Employment team on behalf of a highly regarded National Legal 500 Law Firm, based in their Bristol office. The position offers a competitive salary, along with a host of additional benefits, including remote working with visits to the office in either Bristol, a bonus scheme, flexible working hours, and annual salary reviews. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling a caseload of legal expense insurer files, with opportunities to engage in non-contentious tasks as needed. There may also be potential for overseeing junior case handlers. This role is perfect for a solicitor with extensive experience in employment law who seeks a challenging yet fulfilling position within a collaborative and supportive environment. Key Responsibilities: Advising clients on potential Employment Tribunal claims.
