Employment Solicitor – Manchester – Up to £85,000 DOE

If you’re an ambitious Employment Solicitor ready to step into one of the most respected teams in the market, this is the opportunity you’ve been waiting for. We\’re supporting a Legal 500 Ranked firm with a growing employment team and is looking for standout candidates who are looking for a firm to develop their skills alongside a high-performing, energetic and supportive team.

You\’ll bring a hands-on approach and be supporting some amazing current clients across multiple sectors including Retail, FS, Manufacturing and Sport .

You\’ll work on a broad and varied caseload, including:

  • Employment tribunal litigation
  • Restructurings, redundancies & TUPE projects
  • Corporate transactional support
  • Executive severances & settlement agreements
  • Supervising juniors and supporting partners

The ideal candidate will bring:

  • Strong technical expertise across contentious and non‑contentious employment work
  • 3-8 PQE from a national or regional firm
  • Experience providing corporate support
  • A commercial mindset and confidence building client relationships
  • Drive, enthusiasm and a genuine appetite for business development
  • Excellent academics and training
  • A team‑focused, proactive and organised approach
