My client is a leading commercial law firm in London who are seeking an Employment Solicitor to join their Employment and Immigration team.

The Team:

  • The Employment & Immigration team consists of 2 partners, 1 senior associate, 1 associate, 1 solicitor, 1 trainee solicitor, and 1 paralegal.
  • Delivers a first-class service to a diverse range of clients, including small to medium enterprises and larger corporations.

The Role:

  • Advising employers on all aspects of employment law and workplace matters.
  • Managing Employment Tribunal claims, including case preparation and witness support.
  • Handling a variety of employment work, including workplace disputes, TUPE matters, due diligence, executive-level issues, drafting handbooks, settlement agreements, and injunctions.
  • Contributing to client updates and articles for the firm’s website and newsletters.
  • Engaging in networking events and supporting the firm’s marketing initiatives.

The Candidate:

  • A proactive and self-motivated individual who is passionate about employment law and thrives in a collaborative environment.
  • Strong academic background (2:1 degree or equivalent).
  • First-rate drafting skills and sound commercial awareness.
  • Proven ability to establish excellent client relationships and deliver high-quality service.
