The predicted salary is between 50000 - 65000 Β£ per year.

A leading MDO firm based in Central London is currently looking to expand their Legal Team with an additional Criminal Investigatory Solicitor that is Police Station Accredited.

The role involves advising and representing the firm's members in: Criminal investigations and proceedings; Clinical negligence claims; GMC proceedings; and Other tribunal proceedings and at Coroner's Inquests Within this role you will: Communicate as necessary with the Courts, GMC, HM Coroner and other tribunals; Go on the Court record and file/serve Court documents; Meet members, prepare statements, instruct experts and Counsel as necessary; Represent members at hearings; and Assist members at Police interviews; and Generally advise and act in the best interests of members and in accordance with the File Management Protocol.

Agile working is available - you will be expected to attend police station representations circa 8-16 times per year.

To progress to interview stage you must: Be a qualified Solicitor that is Police Station Accredited - the firm is open to someone from a Criminal or Healthcare background - training can be provided if you do not have experience within Healthcare matters.
