Job Description

Court of Protection Partner – Legal 500 Firm Locations: Birmingham + Regional Offices – Bespoke Package + Company Car  My client, a Top Tier Legal 500 law firm, is seeking a Court of Protection Partner to join any of its regional offices, including Birmingham. You will be joining one of the UK’s most respected CoP teams in a senior strategic leadership role.  The Opportunity:  This is a key hire for the firm’s growing national CoP department. You’ll bring your technical expertise to an already well-established team, with the autonomy and support to help shape its future direction.  There’s no requirement to bring a following, as the firm already had a steady stream of high-quality, complex work. However, any clients you can bring over is plus.   What Makes This Firm Different? 

  • Technology-led: Bespoke systems streamline CoP work, including fully integrated client payment platforms allowing lawyers to focus on law, not admin. 
  • Full support structure: Fee-earners are supported by paralegals, admin teams, and a dedicated Professional Support Lawyer for technical research.

Tailored Salary & Benefits:  Salary will be individually structured based on your experience, proposal, and aspirations and will be designed in partnership with the Managing Partner and Finance Team to ensure a package that genuinely reflects your worth. Additional benefits include:
