Job Description
- Manage your own caseload of residential property matters with a focus on new build and shared ownership transactions
- Liaise with clients, developers, housing associations, lenders, and other solicitors
- Draft and review contracts, leases, and related documentation
- Conduct searches, review titles, and deal with post-completion formalities
- Ensure matters progress efficiently and clients are kept updated throughout
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience handling residential conveyancing matters independently
- Proven background in new build and shared ownership
