Conveyancer – New Build & Shared OwnershipLocation: LondonSalary: £40,000- £60,000Job Type: Full-Time, Hybrid/Flexible Working AvailableWe are working with a well-established law firm in London who are looking to recruit an experienced Conveyancer to join their busy and growing property department.This is a fantastic opportunity for a conveyancer with strong experience in new build and shared ownership transactions to take on a varied and engaging caseload within a supportive, forward-thinking team.Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage your own caseload of residential property matters with a focus on new build and shared ownership transactions
  • Liaise with clients, developers, housing associations, lenders, and other solicitors
  • Draft and review contracts, leases, and related documentation
  • Conduct searches, review titles, and deal with post-completion formalities
  • Ensure matters progress efficiently and clients are kept updated throughout

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience handling residential conveyancing matters independently
  • Proven background in new build and shared ownership
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Experience using case management systems
