They handle diverse claims, ranging from defending construction-related professionals such as engineers, architects, and surveyors, to advising on risk management, adjudication, arbitration, and policy coverage.As a Construction Associate, you’ll have the opportunity to manage a varied caseload of professional indemnity claims, both pre- and post-litigation, and work closely with experienced partners and associates. The role provides autonomy and the chance to get involved in high-value and complex matters, while also contributing to business development and client initiatives.
