An experienced and highly autonomous Commercial Law Solicitor is wanted for a fantastic opportunity with a small, independent London based law firm. The ideal candidate will have upwards of 10 years commercial law experience that will include IP and GDPR. Competitive salary on a par with West End and Top 100, benefits include hybrid and bonus.
The successful Commercial Law Solicitor will join a boutique style, corporate facing law firm who deliver legal advice to a blue chip international client base. The Commercial Law Solicitor will hit the ground running and be able to work with minimal supervision on a range of matters that includes company formation, data protection, commercial contracts, TMT and regulatory and compliance.
Applications are invited from experienced Commercial Law Solicitors who are looking for a high quality caseload, and mature and friendly working culture.
