Job Description

Commercial Property Solicitor Hybrid Working  £35,000-£43,000 A leading legal firm is seeking a talented and motivated Commercial Property Solicitor to join their dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to handle a variety of commercial property transactions, advising clients across sectors like real estate, retail, and corporate.Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing a wide range of commercial property matters, including acquisitions, disposals, leases, and landlord-tenant issues.
  • Advising clients on property investments, developments, and property finance.
  • Drafting and negotiating commercial leases, licenses, and contracts.
  • Conducting due diligence on title documents and property searches.
  • Building strong client relationships and delivering tailored legal advice.

Qualifications:

  • Qualified Solicitor in England and Wales (1-4 years PQE preferred).
  • Proven experience in commercial property law.
