Role overview:
The successful Commercial Property Senior Solicitor/Head of Department will handle all forms of property matters, including instruction to post-completion, covering all aspects of real estate work such as landlord & tenant, development, real estate finance, and sales and acquisitions. You will also be responsible for supervising a small team.
Candidate requirements:
Ideally, you will have at least 5 years PQE with experience in handling commercial property matters. Supervisory experience managing a team is preferred, but applications from those who have trained or mentored others are also welcome.
