If you are a driven Commercial Litigation solicitor and you are considering a move to make a real impact with an ambitious and expanding team, then this is a great opportunity. The firm attracts very high quality Dispute Resolution work and you should be a technically strong Litigator who has experience of complex matters. You can expect a mixed bag of Litigation matters including general/civil/commercial disputes, property litigation, and contentious probate.

You will be responsible for managing your own caseload, as well as assisting on large director-led cases where appropriate and depending on your PQE, and helping to support and supervise junior members of the team. This is a great opportunity to showcase your talent and be given autonomy and responsibility.

Typical clients include high net worth individuals, small to medium SMEs, trusts, and the charities sector. Along with strong technical knowledge and excellent communication skills, you will have a commercial approach to delivering high-quality client service.

Applications from relocators will be considered but you should be able to demonstrate a commitment to live and work in the area or at least within an hour's commutable distance from Cheltenham.
