A highly regarded national law firm is looking to appoint an ambitious Commercial Dispute Resolution Associate to join its expanding Birmingham team, offering the opportunity to work on a broad range of complex and high-value disputes within a collaborative and fast-growing office.
Since launching its Birmingham office, our client has continued to establish a strong presence within the regional market, offering lawyers the opportunity to combine high-quality national work with a genuinely collaborative and entrepreneurial environment. Due to continued growth and increasing client demand, the team is now looking to appoint an ambitious 2+ PQE solicitor to support the expansion of its Commercial Disputes practice.
The role will involve advising on a broad range of complex and high-value commercial disputes, including:
- Contractual disputes
- Shareholder and partnership disputes
- Professional negligence claims
- Business torts
- Court litigation and ADR matters
You will have the opportunity to manage your own matters with an appropriate level of autonomy, whilst also working closely alongside experienced Partners on more complex and strategic disputes. The team acts for a diverse client base across a range of sectors, offering excellent exposure to high-quality and intellectually stimulating work.
