A City of London based law firm is seeking an experienced non-contentious Construction Solicitor to play a pivotal role in its continued growth. The successful candidate will take the lead on all non-contentious Construction Law work.

The practice primarily acts for mid-sized developers and contractors, and there is a strong pipeline of work to support the new hire and enough belief in the proposition to support a senior appointment at a very competitive salary level.

The successful candidate will take the lead on all non-contentious construction matters within the firm, working closely with the Head of Construction.

Would suit Non-Contentious Construction Solicitors, at Senior Associate, Managing Associate or Counsel level, who are frustrated or feel blocked in their current structures and ready to trade Big Law brand and security for real influence and impact within a growing, high-quality boutique platform.

Deep expertise in JCT and NEC standard form contracts as standard, some traction in the Construction Sector is advantageous, acknowledging that this may not be enough to support Partnership in your current firm.

Working Arrangement & Package - Central London, hybrid working, salary upwards of £140,000 and benefits that include PMI.
