A leading, established central London law firm is seeking an ambitious and motivated STEP qualified Private Client Senior Associate to manage an existing, high quality caseload of HNW | UHNW matters and develop its private client offering. This is a key strategic hire for the firm, an opportunity for a technically strong and self-sufficient solicitor to take full ownership of the private client function, working alongside partners across the firm to deliver cohesive advice to HNW and UHNW clients.
The successful candidate will advise globally mobile HNW and UHNW individuals and families across a broad range of matters, that will include straightforward wills, LPAs, probate and estate administration, through to complex UK and cross-border succession and estate planning, and tax efficient structuring. Wealth and assets will include residential and commercial property, foreign property, agricultural land and IP. A highly autonomous role, this will suit Senior Associates who value and enjoy the hands-on approach and lots of client contact.
