Non-Contentious Construction Associate (2–5 PQE) to join its highly regarded London construction practice.
This is an excellent opportunity to work on complex, high-value development and infrastructure projects for a broad client base including developers, investors, contractors, occupiers and public sector bodies.
The team is consistently instructed on significant built environment projects and offers genuine exposure to market-leading work from day one.
- You will advise on a wide range of front-end construction matters, including:
- Drafting and negotiating
JCT contracts and associated construction documentation.
Supporting major commercial, residential, mixed-use and regeneration developments.
Working closely with real estate, planning, projects and banking teams on large transactions.
Providing commercially focused advice throughout the lifecycle of construction projects.
Applications are welcomed from lawyers with approximately 2–6 years' PQE who can demonstrate strong experience in non-contentious construction work.
