Childcare Solicitor Manchester?? £40k+?? Full-Time, PermanentWe’re recruiting on behalf of a top Legal 500 firm known for its excellence in legal aid and family law. This is a rare opportunity to step into a role within a nationally recognised Child Care team.The Role
- Experience in Child Care law, both publicly and privately funded
- Holds a valid Practising Certificate
- Manages own caseload and regularly undertakes advocacy in Family Courts
- Proven leadership and supervisory experience, with a strong record of meeting KPIs
- Skilled in client care, particularly with vulnerable clients
- Confident in networking, generating new business, and driving departmental growth
- Actively supports strategic initiatives and positive team culture
About You
- Qualified solicitor with a valid SRA practising certificate
- NQ+ Solicitors who have experience in child care law (public & private law)
- Strong leadership and team supervision skills
- Family Court advocacy experience under legal aid (Desirable)
- Children Panel Accreditation is advantageous
