New opportunity for a junior (1-3 PQE) UK qualified Solicitor to join a growing business in the Media / Entertainment space. This is a newly created role to support ongoing business growth and expansion into new workstreams.
Responsibilities:
- Provide legal support to the various internal departments whilst managing external partners.
- Work with the General Counsel as required.
- Negotiate and draft a variety of bespoke agreements.
- Take preemptive measures to avoid legal risks and conflicts.
Qualifications:
- UK Qualified Solicitor from Commercial Practices areas including Contracts/IP, Corporate, Property, Litigation with a demonstrable interest in the sector (media, entertainment, sport).
