We’re looking for an experienced Trust Technical Manager to join a growing, independent trust services team. If you’re passionate about delivering top-tier client service and leading high-performing teams, we want to hear from you!
? What You’ll Do:
- Manage and oversee a portfolio of existing client trusts, delivering excellent service
- Ensure trust cases are handled efficiently with optimal team support
- Supervise case managers to maintain high administrative standards
- Deliver technical training at both individual and team levels
- Maintain a strong understanding of regulatory requirements
- Lead and support technical business projects as needed
- Contribute to wider business initiatives through active team participation
- Provide specialist trust advice to your team and colleagues
- Manage compliance and risk within your team’s trust cases
- Ensure adherence to policies and procedures, contributing to their development
? What You’ll Need:
- STEP qualification or relevant law degree
- 5+ years’ experience managing UK trusts
- Strong knowledge of trust taxation & regulatory requirements
- Excellent leadership, organisation & communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
