- Advise clients clearly and practically on a broad range of employment issues.
- Negotiate settlements where appropriate
- Identify and escalate significant legal, financial or reputational risks.
- Liaise with ACAS, tribunals, counsel, representatives and other stakeholders.
- Provide guidance and mentoring to Paralegal colleagues when required.
- Maintain high standards of client care, file management and professional compliance.
- Keep up to date with developments in employment law and tribunal procedure.
About You
The ideal candidate will be a qualified Employment Solicitor / CILEx with 2+ years' PQE, with strong case file experience. Claimant experience is well suited, but not essential.
