As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the Residential Property department and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Working closely with fee earners and your wider team, you will carry out a range of administrative tasks to support the progress of property matters and maintain high client service standards.
- Providing general admin support to fee earners, pods, and the wider department.
- Opening new files and liaising with solicitors, estate agents, and clients.
- Formatting, proofreading, and assisting with document preparation.
- Managing, organising, and updating legal files and records.
