New opportunity to join a Regional Housing business to recruit a solicitor or legal executive into their team on an Interim basis for a 9-12 month FTC. Working closely with an experienced Property Solicitor, you'll provide dedicated, tailored advice to the internal organisation, whilst liaising with external counsel.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Advise on a range of lease queries and Title review including ownership, covenants, easements and tenure
  • Support the Senior Solicitor on elements of complex Commercial Property work
  • Provide expert legal advice to key business areas
  • Manage the post completion/disposal process
  • Ad-hoc advice on RSL specific transactions
What We’re Looking For:
  • 3 PQE Qualified Solicitor, CiLEX, or equivalent in England and Wales.
  • Prior experience of providing Landlord & Tenant advice in any setting
  • Ability to communicate with a non-legal stakeholder group including drafting
  • Relevant Housing sector experience desirable but not essential.
