This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established national team that advises on high-value, complex commercial contracts for a broad range of private and public sector clients, including major UK and international organisations.
You will be part of a collaborative, national commercial team advising on a wide spectrum of matters, ranging from day-to-day commercial contracts through to large-scale strategic and outsourcing arrangements.
The work includes:
- Advising on high-value, long-term strategic contracts, as well as business-as-usual commercial agreements
- Supporting major outsourcing projects, including facilities management, property management and supply chain arrangements
- Working with blue-chip clients across sectors such as transport, utilities, industrial engineering, aerospace and automotive
- Providing commercial contract support to corporate and real estate transactions
- Working closely with colleagues across different practice areas and offices on national and international matters
- Contributing to business development, client briefings, articles and know-how initiatives
About You:
- Experience advising on a range of contract types, with an understanding of when specialist input may be required (e.g. TUPE, data protection, competition)
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple matters concurrently
- Confidence dealing directly with clients and building long-term relationships
- A collaborative approach and an interest in business development
