An exceptional opportunity has arisen within a leading national Banking Practice Group, known for advising on some of the most high-profile and complex domestic and cross-border transactions in the market. This team works with a broad mix of clients including major financial institutions, funds, corporates and private equity sponsors. Their lawyers regularly sit across the table from Magic Circle and top US firms, offering a consistently high calibre of work and client exposure.
The practice covers corporate and leveraged finance, real estate finance and debt capital markets. The group has a strong track record in advising on leveraged transactions, refinancings, real estate financings, and infrastructure projects across sectors such as transport, renewables and social infrastructure.
The firm is now looking to further build its Banking capability in Leeds, with opportunities also available in Manchester.
The role
You’ll join as a Senior Associate and work across a broad range of finance matters, collaborating with colleagues in Corporate, Tax, Real Estate and Private Equity. This is a varied and fast-paced role offering exposure to an impressive roster of clients and complex workstreams across multiple specialisms. You’ll also be encouraged to get involved in business development, mentoring and knowledge initiatives, working as part of a genuinely collaborative, non-hierarchical team that values initiative and teamwork.
