Douglas Scott is working with a leading international law firm that is looking to recruit an Employment Associate (NQ-5 PQE) to join its highly regarded Oxford team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a market-leading Employment practice advising a broad range of UK and international clients on both contentious and non-contentious employment matters.

The role will involve:

  • Employment Tribunal litigation, including unfair dismissal, discrimination and whistleblowing claims.
  • Day-to-day employment advisory work, including disciplinaries, grievances, contracts and policies.
  • High Court litigation, including restrictive covenants and team move disputes.
  • Corporate support, including TUPE, due diligence and transactional matters.
  • Restructures, redundancies and cross-border employment projects.

The successful candidate will have between NQ and 5 years' PQE, strong technical employment law experience, excellent communication skills and a commercial approach to client service.
