Douglas Scott Legal Recruitment is hiring a Residential Property Associate on behalf of a well-established and highly regarded law firm in North London. The practice is seeking a qualified solicitor to handle high-quality residential conveyancing and property transactions for a varied client base.

Key Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification & Experience: 2–3 years PQE with solid residential conveyancing background.
• Skills: Ability to manage a caseload with a good degree of autonomy, commercial awareness, and strong attention to detail.
• Preferences: New build transaction experience is preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Handling sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties.
• Managing high-value residential transactions and new build transactions.
• Handling lease extensions, remortgages, and transfers of equity.
• Acting for High-Net-Worth (HNW) clients and other private individuals.
• Managing an independent caseload from instruction through to completion while building strong client relationships.

Stipend, Compensation & Mode

Up to £60,000 DOE (Depending on Experience). Full-time permanent position located in North London.
