About the Role
As a General Litigation Solicitor, you will manage a diverse caseload, advising and representing clients in commercial, civil, and probate disputes. You will play a key role in resolving inheritance disputes, will challenges, and trust litigation while also handling broader contentious matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing a varied caseload, including contract disputes, property litigation, debt recovery, and contentious probate matters.
- Advising clients on inheritance disputes, will challenges, executor/trustee disputes, and Court of Protection matters.
- Conducting legal research, drafting pleadings, and preparing case strategies.
- Representing clients in court proceedings, mediation, and settlement negotiations.
- Providing clear, commercially sound legal advice to clients.
- Collaborating with colleagues to ensure efficient case progression.
About You
- Qualified Solicitor with 7 years PQE in litigation.
- Experience in contentious probate and general dispute resolution.
- Strong knowledge of civil procedure and trust/estate litigation.
