Litigation Solicitor (Property Disputes) | 1-5 PQE
Location: Tunbridge Wells (Hybrid Working)
Salary: £45,000

Working alongside two highly experienced solicitors, you'll be exposed to complex, high-value property litigation matters from day one. The caseload is varied and intellectually stimulating, with clients ranging from commercial businesses to high-net-worth individuals. You'll benefit from close support while maintaining responsibility for your own matters and developing your expertise in contentious property law.

Hybrid working is available, providing flexibility alongside a collaborative team environment.
What you'll do
- Manage a broad range of contentious property matters within the Litigation team
- Advise commercial landlords and tenants on breaches of covenant, lease renewals under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954, dilapidations, service charge disputes and forfeiture claims
- Act for residential landlords on possession proceedings and tenancy enforcement matters
- Advise landowners on boundary disputes, easements, restrictive covenants and adverse possession claims
- Support the firm's commercial property and residential conveyancing teams
- Represent clients in the High Court, County Court, mediation, arbitration and other forms of ADR
- Participate in networking and business development activities
What you'll need
- Qualified Solicitor with 1-5 years' PQE
- Previous experience handling property disputes matters
- Strong technical knowledge of contentious property law
- Ability to manage files with appropriate supervision
- Excellent client-facing and communication skills
