A leading Manchester law firm is looking to recruit an experienced Property Litigation Solicitor to join its growing team.

The Role
You’ll advise a broad client base including developers, asset managers, investors and businesses on a wide range of property disputes, including:
Commercial property disputes
Landlord and tenant matters
Lease renewals and forfeiture
Dilapidations claims
Service charge disputes
Possession and trespass claims
Insolvency-related property issues
Professional negligence and breach of contract claims
Development and overage disputes
The team handles high-quality work and offers a varied caseload across both commercial and residential development matters.
