A well-regarded London law firm is looking to appoint a Dispute Resolution Solicitor (3-5 PQE) to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded lawyer seeking exposure to a broad range of civil and commercial disputes within a supportive and ambitious environment.
The Role
- Manage a varied caseload of dispute resolution matters, including commercial contract disputes, property litigation, debt recovery, shareholder disputes, and contentious private client matters.
- Work closely with partners and senior lawyers on complex and high-value disputes.
- Take responsibility for running matters independently while maintaining high levels of client service.
- Participate in business development and client relationship management activities.

Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with 3-5 years' PQE in commercial litigation or dispute resolution.
- Strong understanding of litigation procedures, mediation, and alternative dispute resolution processes.
- Experience managing a diverse caseload with minimal supervision.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and client management skills.
- Commercial awareness and an interest in developing client relationships.
Desirable Experience
- Exposure to contested probate matters and property-related disputes.
- Familiarity with case management systems and legal technology.
- Experience handling court proceedings, settlement negotiations, and ADR processes.
