An established and growing law firm is seeking a Litigation Paralegal to join its busy litigation department.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Paralegal looking to develop their career within a supportive and collaborative team whilst gaining hands‑on exposure to a broad range of litigation matters.

The Role

You will work closely with experienced solicitors and fee earners, assisting with the day‑to‑day management of litigation matters and supporting clients throughout the lifecycle of their cases.

Duties will include:

• Assisting with case management
• Drafting legal correspondence and documentation
• Preparing court bundles and supporting trial preparation
• Liaising with clients, courts, barristers and third parties
• Handling telephone and email enquiries
• Maintaining case management systems
• Supporting solicitors with a varied litigation caseload
• Undertaking legal research and administrative tasks where required

The Candidate

The successful candidate will:

• Have previous litigation experience within a law firm
• Possess strong organisational and communication skills
• Be proactive and eager to learn
• Have excellent attention to detail
• Be confident dealing with clients and third parties
• Be comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment
