Location: Manchester Salary: £82,000+

An established legal team with a significant national and international client base is looking to appoint an experienced restructuring lawyer into a senior position within its Manchester office.
The team advises a broad spectrum of stakeholders including officeholders, financial institutions, directors, investors and corporate clients facing financial distress or operational change.
Rather than being restricted to one type of instruction, you'll be involved in a varied workload spanning business recovery, formal insolvency appointments, asset recovery, director-related claims, restructuring initiatives and complex disputes arising from distressed situations.
Many matters involve multiple stakeholders and cross-border considerations, providing intellectually challenging work and genuine variety.
This position would suit a commercially minded solicitor who enjoys having direct client access, taking ownership of significant matters and playing an active role in developing both junior lawyers and client relationships. You'll be joining a collaborative environment that values initiative, technical expertise and practical problem-solving.
