Our client, a well-established law firm, is looking for a NQ Residential Property Solicitor to join their busy Residential Property team near Coventry.
The Role
- Manage your own residential conveyancing caseload of sales and purchases from instruction to completion.
- Liaise with clients, estate agents, lenders and HM Land Registry.
- Ensure compliance with firm procedures and CQS standards.
- Support the Head of Conveyancing with complex matters when required.
- Contribute to business development and maintain excellent client service.
About You
- Qualified Solicitor, CILEX, CLC
- Minimum 6 months experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload.
- Strong knowledge of conveyancing procedures, CQS Protocol and AML regulations.
- Excellent communication, organisation and client care skills.
- Experience with case management systems (Tikit desirable).
