Our client, a well-established law firm, is recruiting a Commercial Disputes Associate to join their Commercial Litigation team. This is a permanent role offering the chance to work on a varied caseload of commercial disputes, from inception through to resolution. Based on 4-6 years post-qualification experience, the successful candidate will manage matters independently whilst contributing to an established team of experienced litigators.
- Manage a diverse commercial litigation caseload with genuine autonomy and client-facing responsibility
- Work alongside partners and senior lawyers on complex disputes, with clear pathways for professional development
Preferred Requirements
- Qualified solicitor with strong technical expertise in commercial litigation and dispute resolution
- 4-6 years post-qualification experience managing commercial disputes independently
- Proven ability to advise clients on a range of commercial disputes and handle matters from start to finish
- Comfortable supporting partners on complex litigation matters and maintaining strong client relationships
- Available to start immediately or at short notice
Preferred Qualifications
- Solicitor's Qualifying Examination (SQE) or equivalent qualification, with current practising certificate
- Recognised training contract or equivalent recognised qualification in commercial law
- Continuing Professional Development (CPD) in commercial litigation or dispute resolution
