You will have excellent technical knowledge, strong organisational and financial management skills, and a dynamic, forward-thinking approach.
You will manage a varied and engaging caseload across the full spectrum of private family law matters, including:
- Divorce and dissolution proceedings
- Financial remedy matters following separation
- Private children matters, including Child Arrangements Orders
- Specific Issue and Prohibited Steps Order applications
- Cohabitation disputes
- Separation agreements
- Pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements
- Negotiations, mediation support and settlement discussions
- Advocacy at hearings, where appropriate
- Liaison with CAFCASS, barristers, experts and other professionals
