A well-established and supportive law firm in North London is looking to appoint an experienced Conveyancer or Solicitor to join its property team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious property professional looking to develop their career within a firm that places a strong emphasis on technical excellence, client service and long-term progression.
The Role
You will have responsibility for managing your own varied caseload, handling a broad range of residential and property matters with a high degree of autonomy.
The successful candidate will have strong technical knowledge and be confident dealing with matters from instruction through to completion, with minimal supervision.
Key Experience
- Residential and commercial conveyancing
- Freehold and leasehold transactions
- Preparing and handling contracts and leases
- Lease extensions
- Transfers of equity
- Landlord and tenant matters
- Plot sales
- Planning agreements and related advice
- Preparation of legal and financial documentation
- Managing a varied caseload independently
- Delivering an exceptional level of client service
The Ideal Candidate
- An experienced Conveyancer or Solicitor with strong property expertise
- Technically confident and able to work with minimal supervision
- Commercially minded and focused on delivering high-quality work
- An excellent communicator with strong client-management skills
- Organised and able to manage competing priorities
- Proactive, with a strong sense of urgency
- Committed to delivering work ahead of client expectations
- Interested in contributing to the wider growth and development of the firm
Business Development
As part of the role, you will also have the opportunity to contribute to business development and networking, helping to grow the team's profile and generate new, high-quality and profitable work.
Candidates with an existing client following or network of contacts would be particularly attractive, although this is not essential for the right individual.
