Commercial Property Conveyancer - (2yrs PQE plus)

I'm delighted to be working with a fantastic law firm with offices throughout Kent, who is actively recruiting for a Private Client for a full time permanent position.
Joining a well established team, the role available is for a qualified solicitor with at least 2 yrs PQE solicitor. Working for a wide range of clients including high net worth clients and complex matters, you will be covering:
- Contracts subject to planning
- Sales and purchases of commercial property
- Asset sales and purchases
- Overage agreements and option agreements
- Commercial lending transactions
- Commercial leases, including grants and assignments
- Supporting the team's property development work
- Managing your own transactions from instruction through to completion
You will manage your own case load as well as working alongside the Partner and the wider team. The firm really prides itself on providing quality work and support to their staff.
