The Role
You will advise a diverse client base, including insolvency practitioners, corporates, lenders, investors and business purchasers, on matters arising from financial distress and pressure.
Your work will include:
- Restructuring and insolvency advisory matters.
- Distressed business and asset sales.
- Non-contentious corporate insolvency mandates.
- Finance and security matters.
- Supporting clients and stakeholders through complex financial situations.
About You
- Qualified Solicitor with ideally 1–3 years’ PQE.
- Exposure to restructuring and non-contentious insolvency work, gained during training or post-qualification.
- Strong communication skills and a commercially minded approach.
- A proactive team player with a genuine enthusiasm for restructuring and insolvency.
