Key Responsibilities
- Advise on and manage commercial property litigation matters from start to finish
- Support senior team members with complex and high-value disputes
- Handle lower-value claims independently
- Engage in alternative dispute resolution, including mediation
- Contribute to business development activities, client presentations and seminars
The Ideal Candidate
- NQ to 2 years’ PQE with strong commercial property litigation experience
- Solid understanding of litigation processes, the Court system, CPR and ADR methods
