The Hospice at Home Team is a responsive and innovative team providing care for people with progressive, incurable diseases such as cancer, motor neurone disease, heart failure and lung disease, during times of crisis and at end of life.

Joining an establish Hospice at Home team, you will be working in the community as a lone worker, with the support from the Hospice at Home Team Co-ordinator.

Salary: Β£26,091.00 per annum

Hours: 37.5 hours a week (part time considered) a variety of shifts to cover 7 day period between 7am and 9pm day shifts and between the hours of 10pm and 7am night shifts
