Join Our Children\'s Team at Dougie Mac. You are passionate about working with children and families? We\\\'re looking for kind, motivated and resilient individuals to join our warm, Nurse-led Children\\\'s Service at Dougie Mac. In this unique role, you\\\'ll provide compassionate care and emotional support to children and young people with complex or life-limiting conditions. Every day is different - from playtime and creative activities to supporting health needs and building precious memories with families in a home-from-home environment.
Responsibilities
- Support children and families in line with individual care plans
- Work closely with registered nurses to deliver high-quality, person-centred care
- Use creativity and play to engage children in meaningful experiences
- Communicate sensitively with families, colleagues and professionals
- Be part of a supportive team that puts children at the heart of everything
What you\\\'ll need
- Experience working with children and families
- NVQ Level 2 in care (or equivalent)
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- A calm, positive and compassionate approach
- Flexibility to work shifts across a 24-hour service
- A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (desirable)

Salary: £23,874.98 per annum + anti social pay
Hours: 37.5, 30 & 22.5 hour contracts available
You will work flexibly over a 7 day period; this will include early, late & night shifts as we operate a 24/7 service. We are recruiting both part and full time positions.
