Douglas Lake Equipment/Avenue Machinery Corp. (DLE Avenue) is a leading dealership serving British Columbia, specializing in farm, construction, and turf equipment. We proudly represent top-tier brands such as Kubota, Fendt, Massey Ferguson, and Kobelco, offering comprehensive support through sales, parts, and service.

We are seeking a Graphic Designer to support and execute key marketing initiatives across design, website, sponsorship and customer experience initiatives. In this role, you will create compelling visual content, maintain and update the website, assist with sponsorship coordination and events, and provide guidance on the customer experience. This hands‐on role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining creative design work with the organizational and collaborative aspects of marketing and events. This is a full-time, in-office position based at our Surrey location, reporting to the Marketing Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design digital and print materials including social media graphics and video, digital ads and assets, web banners, brochures, presentations, and event collateral.
  • Ensure all visual materials align with brand standards and marketing goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop creative concepts for campaigns and events.
  • Prepare both print-ready and web‐optimized files.
  • Maintain an organized library of design templates, imagery, and brand assets.
  • Manage corporate clothing and swag orders.
  • Update, maintain, and expand website content in WordPress (pages, images, news posts, event listings).
  • Create new web pages, forms, and content sections to support marketing and communication initiatives.
  • Support sponsorship initiatives by managing sponsor relationships and deliverables.
  • Plan and execute events and tradeshows; attend select events.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to enhance customer experience, including showroom and store layout.
  • Contribute to team meetings and ongoing marketing planning.
  • Provide general marketing support as needed.
Requirements
  • Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in graphic design, website management, or marketing roles.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and visual design.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast‐paced environment.
  • Experience in agriculture, construction, or equipment industries is an asset.
  • A portfolio of your work is required to be considered for this role.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience managing WordPress websites (themes, plugins, content updates).
  • Working knowledge of HTML and CSS.
  • Photography and/or videography skills.
  • Experience supporting events or community partnerships.
