Douglas Laing & Co is seeking an enthusiastic and organised Packaging & Product Trial specialist to join our Operations Team in Scotland. You will own new product development and packaging projects, collaborating with operations, marketing and sales, and our supply partners to bring innovative products to market.
You will coordinate product trials, support new product launches, and help develop sustainable packaging solutions while ensuring safety, efficiency and high standards across all operations.
