The organisation’s entire product portfolio is designed in-house, manufactured offshore, shipped to their headquarters in Carrickfergus, and distributed to retailers across the UK, ROI and Europe.
They are now looking for a talented individual to cover a maternity cover role as a Retail Operations Manager to oversee their REMUS UOMO stores in Belfast, Dublin and Glasgow, and contribute to their ambitious plans for further expansion.
The successful candidate will join on a nine-month maternity cover contract and should be passionate and committed to delivering the highest levels of retail experience and customer service. Enthusiastic and driven in their work, they will enjoy the challenge of being accountable for commercial objectives, optimising sales and profitability in the stores in their charge.

You will provide leadership to the retail team across all locations, cultivating a high-performance culture in the delivery of customer service and experience, as well as in achieving the commercial objectives. You’ll be responsible for providing the help and support necessary to support the team’s professional development.
About You
